Cancellation before Shipping:
A cancellation may happen if a product is rejected in our Quality Check process or if it is out of stock for the time being. Also, in some cases when our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location, the order may be cancelled. Shopodela has the sole and final authority to cancel any order as it may feel desirable.
Refunds Only In case of Non Availability of product
All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. Or if customer prefers any other online payment method like Paytm or Gpay, that can also be done.
Shopodela has the final and the sole right to accept or cancel any order as it may deem proper no questions asked.
Shopodela holds no responsibility of the contents uploaded on the site and the customer is requested to do his due diligence before buying from the site.

We have tie ups with all major couriers ensuring safe and on time delivery of all our orders. We are currently delivering to more than 7000 pin codes of India
We provide 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 of products across India for all orders above Rs.1500. For orders below that we have a small shipping charge of Rs 60 per order.
We provide tracking number for all our orders. Once the order is shipped the customer will receive the tracking number through an email on the registered email id and mobile number. Customer can track their order Realtime by using the ID.
All the orders are usually dispatched in 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It reaches customers within 3-5 business working days after dispatch.
If there is any delay in dispatch time, it will be informed in message or email.
If customer needs same day or expedited delivery, it can be arranged at extra cost (only if feasible)
Cancellations are possible only until the order is dispatched. Please note, no cancellation will be allowed once any product of the order is shipped.
Each and every product here is exclusive and handpicked and hence the chances of a bad quality/defective product is almost nil.
- Exchanges will be accepted only if the product is completely damaged in transit or completely different from what was ordered. In such case, customer should present us with a video proof of the defect(the video has to be taken from opening the parcel to showing the defect without any edit or pause)
- The customer should inform us of the issue within 5 days of the receipt of the product for us to accept the exchange.
- For Minor colour, design variations, in the products from the photograph shared on the website it would NOT be eligible for a exchange.
- Please note that in case of jewellery, for any minor damage or defect like pearl missing, twisted chain, small bent in the earring stem, Necklace link opened which can be corrected easily - NO refund is applicable. Our Management will have the final say on decision of exchange and replacement.
- For any other return reason NOT stated above there will be NO refunds in any case without any exceptions.
- The returned product will be picked by us at our cost within 7 working days of receipt of the complaint.
- The refund/ exchange will be processed only after the original product is received back to us in a saleable condition
- Replacement of a returned product is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be given a credit note of the amount to apply on their next purchase.
- Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged

For the return to be processed,
- Name / image / brand / serial number / article number / bar code should match
- All in-the-box accessories should be present
- Product's original packaging / box should be undamaged.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals / warranty seals (wherever applicable)
Once a exchange request is authorised from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves in 7 working days or get it picked through any of our partners.
Please get back to us if the product is not picked within 7 business days of the approval of your request.
We have our Reverse Pick up facilities in selected locations wherein your items can be picked up from our end and the same is absolutely free of cost. This is only if the return reason is applicable as stated above.
