Amla with its Vitamin C content boosts the immune system. Chamomile imparts a calming aroma and relaxes your mind.

Ingredients:

GTEE - Gymnema Leaves, Bitter Gourd, Green Tea, Amla & Chamomile Flowers

Directions:

Brewing method: Tear the pouch, remove the tea bag and place it in a teacup. Pour 150 ml of freshly boiled water (85 - 90° C) into the tea bag and leave to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Gently remove the bag from the cup and sweeten it with sugar or honey. The resulting infusion can be served hot or cold.
